PRICE AND TERMS OR PAYMENT
On House Construction - Contract Price Package starts at Eighteen Thousand (P18,000.00) Pesos Only per SQUARE METER of the FLOOR AREA on a Bungalow Units and starts at P24,000.00 on a 2-Storey Units (LOWEST PRICE IN THE MARKET TODAY) and would increase depending on the finishes and materials to be used. The three (3) categories of Finishes are Low-End/Budget, Mid-End/Standard and High End/Custom
If you choose to have the pre-design plan, it is much better so we can commence immediately with the Building Permits application. A Minimum engagement fee of P300,000.00, deductible to the Contract Price Package will be required for Building Permit Application processing. Once approved, a 25% Downpayment based on the Contract Price will now be required less the P300,000.00 engagement fee. Again, the Lowest Downpayment in the Market Today. The succeeding payment will be on a progress billing upon every 20% accomplishment.
On PLAN PURCHASE - For only P20,000.00 for Bungalow Units; P35,000.00 - P65,000.00 for 2-Storey and P50,000.00 - P80,000.00 for 3-Storey Units and P70,000.00-P100,000.00 of Customize Designs you already have a complete Seven (7) Sets of Blueprint Copies, all signed & sealed. P500.00/set for additional Blueprint Copy) PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT PRICE ABOVE ARE FOR PRE-DESIGNED PLANS ONLY.
Upon choosing your desire Pre-Design Plan, you can order it right away. Order Now! ONLY P5,000.00 DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.. IT'S THAT EASY! We will just need to fit the Model to your Lot and made necessary adjustments if needed. We will then bill you the succeeding payments as we send you updates of your plan. Once completed, we will deliver it right to your doorstep via a Door to Door freight service. Give us 15 days to deliver your Plans within Metro Manila FREE OF ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES. Orders outside Metro Manila however will be charged for the Freight/Door-to-Door delivery of P500.00 Other details on this matter will be communicated directly to you through E-mail or Text.
If you choose to customize a design, a minimum Engagement Fee of P15,000.00 is required to start with the first stage of conceptualization and planning of the house design, perspective, floor plan that you wish. This can be communicated through E-mail and Designs can be sent through E-mail attachment as picture files i.e. png or jpeg files. We will then bill you upon every Plan updates that we will send you. Upon your approval, you will be billed 50% to finalize the drafting of all the Technical Working Drawings of your Custom Plan. The balance will be by C.O.D.
