This purchase is ideal for those who wish to have a large and clear picture of the House Plan Designs of their choice for reference or review and also for those who would like to adopt our House Plan Designs but have their own Draftsman, Architect or Engineer who will draw the technical details of the Plans for them based on our designs. With this type of purchase, you will receive a Large and Clear Photo jpeg file of the following:
· Perspective
· Four (4) Elevation Views of the Design (Front, Right & Left Sides & Rear)
· Site Development Plan (Top View angle)
· Floor Plans with Dimensions (Ground Floor and Second Floor)
Step 2: Upon review of the House Plan Designs and you still need to continue to engage our service to implement and apply all the changes you want on your Dream Home, You may now make a 50% deposit for the purchase of the Complete Sets of House Plan. (NOTE: A charge of P10,000.00 or $200.00 to P20,000.00 or $480.00 will be added to the price below as Alteration or Modification Fee depending on the extent of the Modification made)
Step 3: You may now choose from the 2 options below which meets your preferences.
Complete Sets House Plans in Soft copy (pdf file format) This is printable in 20" x 30" Tracing Paper for Blueprinting purposes - P25,000.00 or $500.00 to P50,000.00 or $1,200.00 Order Now
Price would vary depending on the type of House Plan Design you choose. This is basically P10,000.00 or $200.00 cheaper than the “Signed & Sealed” Plans Blueprints sets. This type of purchase consists of Complete Set of House Plans in Tracing Paper as fallows:
· 2 – 3 Sheet of Architectural Details (No Sign & Seal)
· 2 – 3 Sheet of structural Details (No Sign & Seal)
· 1 – 2 Plumbing & Sanitary Details (No Sign & Seal)
· 1 Electrical Lay-out Plan Details (No Sign & Seal)
· Bill of Materials (No Sign & Seal)
· Specifications (No Sign & Seal)
