1. Quick Choice - This is the quickest way to have a House Plan for your new home. Just choose from our Pre-Designed Home Plans file photos and you can order the complete set of the exact Plans right away (5 sets of Blueprint copies signed and sealed and ready to use for your New Home Building Permit or Housing loan Requirements) Price and Terms
2. Choose and Alter - If you need to make minimal changes or alterations on your chosen Pre-Designed Homes Plans in our file photos but still want to maintain the original looks and aesthetics of the Model as designed, we can do it for you. We can RESIZE, re-orient rooms or add or remove rooms and spaces as you wish (depending on your lot size). Upon engaging our service in this category, you can now communicate with us anytime by e-mail, your desire changes and alterations needed to be made. We will work on it right away and even proposed suggestions if necessary. Once it’s done, we will send to you attached to your e-mail the photos of the adjusted version for your approval. Once you approved it, we now proceed to work on the technical details and complete the set of the plans of your Dream Home. Price and Terms
3. Customized - We Customize Design your Dream Home from scratch. Upon engaging our service in this category, we will provide you with questionnaire by e-mail for you to fill up some information like the type of the design you wish (e.g. Modern Minimalist Design, Contemporary Design, etc.). These are needed in order to give us inputs on your design concept ideas the way you want your Dream Home would be. We may also need the photo copy of your Title to accurately determine your lot area and location. You may also provide us photos if you have one that you want your Dream house would look like. This will also serve as a reference for you design. All these things can be communicated ON-LINE by way of e-mail. Once we gathered all the inputs we needed, we can now start designing you Dream Home and send to you the progress of the Design as picture image file (png or jpeg flle) attach to your e-mail. Here, we can show you the different views (front, sides, rear and top views) and also different sections you wish to view including the texture and color you want. Once you approved it, we can now proceed to work on the technical details of the plans of your Dream Home. Price and Terms
