In 2026, construction costs have shifted due to changes in material prices and labor rates. To help you budget effectively, we’ve broken down the current market rates and what you should expect when hiring a professional house builder.
The Standard "Cost Per Square Meter" in 2026. While every project is unique, most contractors in the Philippines categorize costs into three finish levels. These rates typically include both materials and labor:

If would be costly for us as we are based in QC. If with regard to your Design and Plan need, we can work that out and deliver it in Cebu via LBC. We have deliver Plans in Iloilo and Cagayan De Oro City.

I have a lot measuring 10m x 15m in Binan, Laguna. In your opinion which is a better approach for renting, a 3-door apartment or a duplex? I am guessing the monthly rental income from either will be the same?

hello there..i have this 12x22 sqm lot and intention is to build my dream home on it. i have seen one of your design which suits my preferences costing 4.2M for a high end finish. May i know if how much will be the additional expenses for the engineer and man power necessary to build this house?or its already included on the projected price published on your web..thanks..

As rule of thumb. it's 25k per square meters of floor area not lot area. This includes labor cost.
