On House Construction - Contract Price Package starts at P25,000.00 per SQUARE METER of the FLOOR AREA on a Bungalow Unit and starts at P35,000.00 per sq.m. on a 2-Storey Unit (LOWEST PRICE IN THE MARKET TODAY) and would increase accordingly depending on the finishes and materials to be used. The three (3) categories of Finishes are Low-End/Budget, Mid-End/Standard, and High End/Custom.
Choosing a pre-design plan is better and can be FREE of charge if no modification is to be made to the original design, and can proceed right away to Blueprinting and to Building Permits application. A Minimum engagement fee of P300,000.00 will be required, deductible to the Contract price upon signing of the contract. This will shoulder the cost of signed & sealed Plan, Professional Fees, and Building Permit fees and other expenses. Once the building permit is issued, Construction can now start, and 25% Downpayment based on the Contract Price will be required, less the P300,000.00 engagement fee. Again, the Lowest Downpayment in the Market Today. The succeeding payments will be on a progress billing every month thereafter or upon every 20% accomplishment which ever comes first.

Upon choosing your desire Pre-Design Plan, you can order it right away by filling out the ORDER Form on our Contact Us page. ONLY P10,000.00 or $200.00 Initial DEPOSIT PAYMENT as Engagement Fee IS REQUIRED. IT'S THAT EASY! 50% of the Balance will be billed through Paypal or by email, and the remaining balance is CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) within 15-20 days upon confirmation of your DEPOSIT. Orders outside Metro Manila however, will be charged for the Freight/Door-to-Door delivery of P500.00. A P5,000.00 Deposit is also required. Balance will be billed via PayPal or by email as work progresses.

This can be communicated through email, and Designs can be sent through email attachment as picture files, i.e. png or JPEG files. Upon your approval of the Design, a 50% payment of the balance will be required to finalize the drafting of all the Technical Working Drawings of your Custom Plan. The remaining 50% is CASH ON DELIVERY.
