This type of purchase is ideal for those who wish to have a large and clear picture file of the House Plan Designs of their choice for reference or review and also for those who would like to adopt our House Plan Designs but have their own Draftsman, Architect or Engineer who will draw the technical details of the Plans for them based on our designs.
With this type of purchase, you will receive a Large and Clear Photo jpeg file of the following:
· Perspective
· Four (4) Elevation Views of the Design (Front, Right & Left Sides & Rear)
· Site Development Plan (Top View angle)
· Floor Plans with Dimensions (Ground Floor and Second Floor)
Complete Set House Plans in Soft copy (pdf file format) This is printable in 20" x 30" Tracing Paper for Blueprinting purposes - Starts at P20,000 or $450.00 - Bungalow Unit
Order Now Starts at P25,000 or $600.00 - 2 Storey Unit
Price would vary depending on the type of the House Plan Design you choose. This is basically P10,000.00 or $240.00 cheaper than the “Signed and Sealed” Plans Blueprint Set. This type of purchase consists of Complete Set of House Plans in Soft Copy.
Complete House Plans (Signed & Sealed) – Starts at P40,000 or $800.00
to P80,000.00 or $1,900.00 Order Now
Price would vary depending on the type of the House Plan Design you choose. This type of purchase is the same as the second one but consists of Seven (7) Sets of Blueprint Copies SIGNED AND SEALED and READY TO USE (a total of about 49 – 70 Sheets) as fallows:
For Orders outside Metro Manila - P10,000.00 or $200.00 Deposit is required,
50% of the Balance will be billed through Paypal by E-mail and the remaining and Balance is upon your receipt of the Freight invoice we will send you by e-mail. (Note: Freight Door to Door Charge of P500.00 will be added.
For Orders within Metro Manila - P10,000.00 or $200.00 Deposit, Balance will be billed via Paypal or by E-mail as work progresses.
